Contract Formation (Online orders)
No contract will subsist between you and Clarity Language Consultants Ltd for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until HSBC card centre has processed your credit card payment successfully and you have received the order confirmation email. Clarity Language Consultants Ltd provisionally accepts you placing an order by email but this acceptance will only be deemed complete when your credit card is debited and order confirmation email is sent.
