Pro is a language coach for people who need to use
English at work. With a few clicks of the mouse, a
personal English coach appears on the user's screen
and helps with individual communication problems, be
it making a call to a foreign country, opening a meeting
or applying to an opening.

arises. The program can be used to learn new skills

The six topic areas covered in English Pro are politeness,
short emails, meetings, business letters, telephoning,
and presentations. All these topic areas contain several
smaller units where all the tips and important vocabulary
received from the English Pros are presented. The learning
is then taken to a deeper level by introducing a variety
of exercises designed to enhance the user's communication
